For items bought on sale or with a discount code, store credit is issued as a gift card by default. This gives you an easy way to put that value toward a future purchase.
If you would rather have the refund sent back to your original payment method, simply let us know.
Please note that once a gift card has been used to place a new order on the site, we are no longer able to refund that amount to your original payment method.

Considering raising a dispute with your bank?
Keep in mind that bank chargeback processes can take up to 90 days to be resolved.
We strongly suggest emailing us directly first — in most situations we can sort things out much faster and more efficiently.

We hope you love your order from CHOIXX, but we know that sometimes things aren't quite right, or you may simply change your mind.
We're glad to offer store credit for any eligible item sent back to us in new, unworn, and saleable condition, with all original packaging, CHOIXX garment tags, and labels still attached.
Please Note
- All returns must be started within 14 working days of receiving your order.
- If your return reaches us after this window, it may be declined, and we reserve the right to send the item back to you.
Please note:
- Gift cards stay valid for 6 months from the date they are issued.
All items must be packed securely so they reach us in their original condition.
We reserve the right to decline a return where an item has been damaged by inadequate packaging.
Returns are paid for by the customer. You are free to use any courier you like; however, the parcel remains your responsibility until it is received and signed for at our warehouse.
We strongly recommend choosing a tracked or recorded delivery service and keeping your proof of postage, in case the return is delayed or lost along the way.
We cannot take responsibility for returns that never arrive and where no tracking proof is available.
To help us process your return efficiently, please:
- Fill in the dispatch note enclosed in your parcel, stating your reason for the return.
- Send your return through our returns portal (details are included with your order).
- Apply the correct postage.
If you have misplaced the paperwork for your order, please include details of your order number, name, address, and reason for return and use our returns portal.
We aim to process every refund within 7 days of your parcel arriving at our warehouse.
Refunds usually land in your account within 5 working days, though this can differ between banks and may take longer for international customers.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Mystery Item
- Gift Card
- Mystery Box
These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Any mystery item that is sent back will be shipped again to the customer.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same value as the original product(s).
If you would like to swap for a different size, please post the item back to the address at the bottom of this page with a clear and visible note inside stating your order number and requested item for exchange.

Once the return is received, it will be processed and your exchange item shipped out.
Please make sure your return is sent using a tracked service, with a note that includes all details of your return.
A friendly reminder that returns for exchanges must reach us within 14 days of your parcel being delivered.
Please remember to include your order number.
To avoid any inconvenience if your requested item is out of stock, we suggest adding an alternative choice in the "NOTES" section.

Missing or Lost Parcels
If a parcel is undelivered or appears lost with the courier, you must let our Customer Service Team know within 14 days of placing your order.
We do not accept responsibility for missing, lost, or damaged parcel claims raised after this period.
In accordance with our policy, orders with the following statuses will be automatically reshipped:
- Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Product
- Returned to Sender
- Delivered but Not Received
- Lost
Please note that the 14-day return period starts from the delivery date, not the order date.
This makes sure customers have plenty of time to inspect their delivery and report any issues.
To make the reshipment process smooth, please provide:
- Your order number
- Proof of issue (e.g., photos for damaged items)
- Any additional supporting documentation
This helps us resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.
Buy 2 get 1 free & part returns :
If a purchase was made with the buy 2 get 1 free promotion and you only wish to return part of the order, please be aware that any refund will be calculated in line with the promotion.
- A partial refund will be given if the full order is not returned.
- A full refund will be given if all items are returned in the correct condition.
We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange for damage caused by insufficient packaging.
