UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.50

Orders to England, Wales and Scotland are delivered within 2-3 working days from the dispatch date.

Every order is trackable through the tracking number included in your order confirmation email.

If nobody is home when the parcel reaches your address, it may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If that is not possible, the courier will leave a card explaining where to collect your parcel or how to arrange a re-delivery.

UK NEXT DAY - £5

Next Day Delivery to England, Wales and Scotland applies to all orders placed before 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Some areas are excluded from the Next Day service. Click here to see the full list of excluded postcodes. We can only offer standard delivery to postcodes in Northern Ireland.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery uses a tracked and signed-for service. If nobody is home when the parcel arrives, it may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If that is not possible, the courier will leave a card with details on collecting your parcel or arranging a re-delivery. Please note that Next Day delivery is not available for Northern Ireland when United Kingdom is selected as the delivery country, and it will be amended to Standard Delivery.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled until the item has been received. You can return them as normal and receive a full refund if you are unhappy with the product.

All orders may be fulfilled from multiple depots and fulfillment centers, and we may use different courier services. As a result, you may receive your order in one or more parcels at different times. Some items may take up to 4–7 days to arrive.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for us to process your order once it has been placed. During this time we carefully prepare your items for shipment.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, delivery takes up to 7 business days (Monday through Friday). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.

US Shipping: 4-8 business days (Mon-Fri)
