RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your CHOIX purchase — but if something isn’t quite right or you change your mind, we’re happy to refund any unwanted item returned to us new, unworn and in saleable condition, with the original packaging and all CHOIX tags and labels still attached.

Returns must reach us within 14 working days of you receiving your order. Items sent back after this window will be refunded as store credit, or we may decline the refund and return the item to you.

Please wrap returns securely so they arrive in their original condition — we can’t accept damage caused by poor packaging. Return postage is at the customer’s expense; you may use any courier, but you’re responsible for the goods until they’re signed for at our warehouse. We recommend a tracked or recorded service and keeping proof of postage.

Include the dispatch note from your parcel with your reason for return (or a note with your order number, name and address if it’s been misplaced). Refunds are processed within 14 days of your parcel arriving and usually clear within about 5 working days, though this can vary by bank and take longer for international orders.

EXCHANGES — we exchange for items of the same value. For a different size, send the item back with a clear note inside stating your order number and the item you’d like instead; once received we’ll process it and ship your exchange.
